What's considered as littering?Is littering being bad? It’s really annoying when people chuck things on the floor because they can’t be bothered to put it in a bin 2 feet away! I suppose it is morally wrong because of environmental issues, also I think it depends what you litter. If it’s something like a piece of food that will naturally waste away, I don’t think that’s as big as an issue as chewing gum or plastic or something that’s really difficult to get rid of.
This site suggests littering is “Waste in the wrong place caused by human agency."
